Two times distilled 'Eau de Vie' or as we call it - Nordic Apple Spirit. It does in essence reflect the spirit and persona of the nordic apple. Very crisp and almost electric.
We recommend taking it as a freezer cold shot or a fruity sour coctail. It is also a good alternative to gin&tonic. Less bitter and the bubbles of the tonic bring out the fine fresh green apple notes from the spirit.
